Cheap English Courses

Ok, this is a thorny issue for some teachers and students. While in this school we attempt to maintain competitive rates this article makes for some good reading. It raises some interesting points. However I would add that here in Dublin we have a minimum wage that it’s unlikely any teacher is falling below. If I’m wrong on that point please let me know.

Quality is the watchword here regardless. It’s important to seperate ‘cheap’ from ‘poor quality’. By all means choose cheap classes. Choose free ones! But if you choose to stay in classes that are of lower quality then the outcome is predictable. They won’t be enjoyable and you won’t acheive your goals as quickly as you would like. Simple.
