1. Complete all sections of the Booking Form and send it with your payment, which can be paid by Bank Transfer, Postal Cheque, Euro Cheque, or PayPal.
2. Upon receipt of your booking form and payment we will confirm your booking with a Fee Calculation. If payment is being made by bank transfer you must forward a copy of the bank transfer to the school. PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME ON THE TRANSFER!.

4. Bank Charges
Please note that due to the number of transfers received by U-Learn unfortunately all bank charges are the responsibility of the client.

Note that these PayPal payments are automatically indicated to us. Students are advised to PUT THEIR NAMES ON THE COMMENTARY for all Skype and PayPal payments. Students should also contact us by email to confirm their PayPal payment has been processed to avoid confusion or complication.
6. Cancellations
- Bookings may be cancelled up to a week prior to commencement of course with a €50 administration penalty. Where accommodation has been booked an additional €95 penalty applies.
- For cancellations received 1 to 7 days before the course begins 50% of full amount will be refunded.
- There is NO refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced. This includes late arrival, early departure or days missed during the course.
- A fee of €150 applies to cancellations due to visa refusal. (Visa refusal documentation required for refunds
7. Insurance and Health
Participants from EU countries should obtain form EHIC from their local Social Welfare Office. Any participant undergoing ongoing medical treatment must provide a medical certificate. Such participants should also bring to Ireland a supply of medicine sufficient to cover their stay. All participants should provide their own basic health and travel insurance.
8. Timetable & Location Constraints
Should the course you book be unavailable due to the numbers of students studying at that particular time, the school reserves the right to substitute that class time for another. The school also reserves the right to utilise the fees paid for one-to-one or one-to-two tuition should the class time reserved be unavailable. The school reserves the right to change the location of your class within the centre and or to another of U-Learn's centres, between Malahide and Dublin 1.
9. Accommodation & Junior Bookings
The school must receive the entire amount payable THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE AGREED DATE OF ARRIVAL for any bookings for Junior students or those bookings which include accommodation. While the school always endeavors to provide students with the quality accommodation they request, should this three week deadline be missed the school reserves the right to change the accommodation address or family or destination. This notice period of three weeks is necessary to provide a competent service to all our students.
10. Accommodation Deposits
All bookings which include accomodation are liable to ONE WEEKS DEPOSIT which is payable upon receipt of your room key. The deposit is refundable in full upon departure and is dependent upon a room inspection. Students will be made aware of the House Rules within the student accommodation. Should those rules be broken the deposit may be retained in lieu of lost keys, damages, disorderly conduct causing damage or disturbance to other residents. This deposit may be refunded by bank transfer or electronic payment at the schools discretion.
